Refund & Exchange Policy

Replacing Damaged Items: All pieces are inspected for quality at the time of shipping. If damage to an item occurs during shipping, we will gladly replace the damaged item upon return of the damaged item. No substitutions can be allowed for this type of exchange.

Exchanges: A single exchange is allowed within 7 days of receiving your item. The customer must contact Sparkle Glitter and Shine within 7 work days via email. The returned item must be unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Multiple exchanges of a single purchase are not allowed. A debit or credit will be applied to your account based on any price difference between exchanged items.

Refunds: A request for a non-defective return must be made within 3 days after the receipt of the goods. Please inspect all merchandise received immediately. The customer must contact Sparkle Glitter and Shine via email to receive a refund authorization form. Item must be returned within 14 days after delivery with the authorized form. The returned item must be unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of $5 will be charged for each item refunded. Seller maintains the right to issue merchandise credit for any given credit that it may choose to issue.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER
